i am starting this forum again because i dont know what happened to the last one.

i complained how unibet closed my account with my balance without excuse.

Sandy, you advised me to go to the malta gambling commission, i wrote to them and this is the reeply.

Dear Alim Dudushi,

From the details you have provided it appears that you are not loacted in Great Britian. Unfortunately we can only provide advice about complaints to customers physically located in Great Britain.

We suggest that you contact the regulator for Albania to discuss the matter in further detail and follow any procedure which they have in place.

Your enquiry reference number: - 1-105908474

Yours sincerely

what do i do not

A question to Bookmakersreview:

Why did the forum with the Unibet complaints suddenly disappear? Something to do with the communication with Unibet? Personally I am very interested to hear the outcome of this case. I hope you will share with us what happened.

This is the rule which is referred to in the chat (the Unibet representative on the chat with Alan made no hiding from that):

3.2 Management of the Unibet Account

3.2.1 Unibet reserves the right at its own discretion and at all times, to:

a. decline to open a Unibet Account and/or to close or suspend an existing Unibet Account without any explanation whatsoever;

If this rule is practised occasionally (with no explanation as to why the account is being closed - and also not getting your funds back), it would seem practically impossible to have a trustworthy Unibet account.

Bookmakersreview: Still waiting for an answer...

Hi Thomas, as what have stated in bookmakers guidelines:

"BMR exists (amongst other reasons) to provide bookmakers feedback so that they can improve their services, not just to attack and trash them."

The tittle of the deleted thread actually simply speaks the whole content of the thread.

Ok, but some books or brokers abuse from "rules".
Indeed, I have the same problem as Alan, a broker closed my betfair account without real reason (give it at another people, I don't know really but it was strange)
Indeed for foreign people, it's difficult to access with another broker.
So I would be fine that BR try to protect the betters/traders against such "abusives" practices in asking explanations (may be that can block some abuse :)), because such situations are clearly a "big" abuse which can have consequences on your betting or trading...

Did you tried contracting them? Other way, please submit a complaint form and lets see what we can do to your case, https://www.bookmakersreview.com/player-complaints

The MGA saying they only regulate for UK players sounds strange. I thought no book could service UK residents without a UKGC license and the MGA has no jurisdiction there.
