Hiya,

I'm Jacob and just created an account to post my experience about JustBet (Bookmaker Sister Site).

I've been using their site for a few months and loved it, great odds/bonuses and max limits. I have mainly been betting on MLB moneyline and gotten to a balance of over $50,000 when I decided to take a payout (bear in mind I've probably deposited that much).

My payout got cancelled so I went on live-chat to ask.

They asked for a selfie - I sent straight away
They then asked for me to read the NBA scores from last night - I sent straight away.
They then responded "Thank you. We see you have grown your hair out and your mustache , from the time you sent your selfie " and then disabled my account.
I responded "yes I had a selfie saved from being asked this before by another book" I then took a new selfie, and a selfie with todays date and sent them in straight away.
They then just responded "very interesting.."

A day later they sent me a payout form so I thought it was sorted.

Its now been another week of no replies to my emails and I'm now getting worried again that I'm not going to see my funds. I don't understand how such a good bookmaker can have such terrible KYC, even trying to catch me out when I have nothing to hide.

Happy to provide all screenshots of emails if needed, I will also update/delete this post if I do get paid as I do love the site apart from there shady KYC tactics.

Thanks,
Jacob

Something is going on.

Multiple long-time BM players reporting no issues with withdrawals. Meanwhile, a whole bunch of new accounts with balances much larger than average spring up claiming problems with KYC/withdrawal.
I've been using the forums for months. Just first time making a post. I can also provide screenshots of all the emails.

Looks like bookmaker is just giving a lot more customers a hard time but still treating there long-time players correctly. What else could be going on?

I only deposited $800 total and got up to $2400. Was given the same answers and had to make a video reading baseball scores. I did end up getting paid and have made two additional withdrawals since without any further issue once the KYC team did what they had to do. It’s a VERY broken system in which they conduct their security checks. I understand you have to go through security measures, but not like this.

Could be a syndicate which indeed makes money on Bookmaker.eu?
And they all come here to post after the 1st attempt to withdraw?
Hard to believe they are all independent persons to each other..

Hope that somebody can answer what all these cases are, so we know and don't make guesses anymore..

I can only speak for myself and my situation but, can 100% tell you they are doing this to people. I myself was a new account with Bookmaker since April. It sounds ridiculous and very unbelievable that they would request people to make videos of themselves for security measures, but it is happening. There must have been a security breach or new accounts laundering money at some point is my guess.

I do believe they ask for such things, I don't deny this.
But one player comes after the other to this place to post more or less about the same thing.
In my eyes, it looks like they are directed from someone who organizes this.

I am confident that Bookmaker.eu knows its product and they are not affraid of getting harmed.

In my case when I was going through the issue, this forum comes up as one of the first websites when you search for Bookmaker issues/etc on google. There really aren’t many complaints out there (which shows that they are legit and have a good track record obviously), but I think those who are/were looking for answers get funneled here after the search which is why they are popping up.

I do understand there have been multiple posts recently. All I can do is share my experience and provide proof of what I’m going through.

Looking at the previous posts over this month I used to have your opinion until it happened to me.

I’m not a mug better, I try and make a living out of betting and finding value bets where I believe I have an edge (hence the balance) But bookmaker/Justbet state they welcome all bettors. I don’t bet/orchestrate with other people, and all my actions are completely in line with there t&cs.

I have just joined today as this was the first time I’ve needed to post about my betting. Hopefully it will get sorted, and hopefully other people don’t have the same experience.

One thing that doesn't make sense to me is that you guys are all pros with fairly large balances, yet it seems you have all just recently discovered and signed up with Bookmaker.

BM has been around for decades, and is a staple for any pro.

Fair enough, week and counting for me :/
Been a month for me so far. Sucks to see people write us off as a syndicate as it takes responsibility away from the book. The main reason I signed up is that they had lots of deposit bonuses for march madness, and I’m sure thats why many people have signed up recently. I can understand why people take the bookmakers side as it has a stellar reputation but I genuinely cant believe what they have been doing to me for the past month in order to avoid paying me out, its downright embarassing. Good to see im not alone in this though.

Yeah these ghost stories are less than scary to anyone that knows what BM/JB are all about.

I’ll happily show you every bet I’ve made and every correspondence I’ve had with BM. I’m not involved with any syndicate or scheme, I’m not breaking any TOS. It’s obvious they are just targetting newer players, and they had a ton of new players sign up because they were offering four 100% $1000 deposit matches during march madness. Just because they have been good in the past doesnt mean they can just pull whatever bullshit they want. I signed up because of their reputation and I understand their past reputation makes some stories hard to believe, but this isnt even new from BM. There are 5+ threads on this site from jan 2023 of them doing the exact same thing.
