We’ve talked about this for 20 years that many gamblers love the pain that’s why they keep coming back?

Is it some sort of personality disorder?

The thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat?

Some do it just for competitiveness like a game trying to beat it

There are a rare few that wanna make money

Then there’s the rest

I initaly did it because I somehow found gambling. Than after looking at it I did it to win money. Than I continued to do it to win money back and to want to win money. I never liked the feeling of having a lot of money on the line and doing it for the thrill because its not much of a thrill at all. It's more of just an uncomfortable feeling of being nervous or upset when your bet is not winning and than a thrill when you think you are going to win your bet or it wins. I would get really excited every time I would make a bet though thinking it would win and get excited to win significant money. That goes away after a while and you have to continue to bet.

When I would lose though I would feel like crap and be down in the dumps and want to chase to win my money back. The whole thing is really just a waste of time unless your a professional better or doing it for entertainment which I never was doing it for. I think it actually makes sports less exciting unless you are betting on a game your not even interested in to begin with. Don't waste your time if your trying to actually win money.

I would say in all the time I have gambled it was more of just an addiction and a way to past time, but not entertainment. It was never like the feeling of going out and having fun or watching a movie or something. Its a completely different feeling for me that's not worth it.

Hate losing personally but I will say this…
If you are disciplined in the money management sept… even the worst bad beat weekend…. Can be overcome the very next day ….
This ( Discipline ) is where the successful cappers hangout… also the most difficult to apply

I do know a coupla guys who love to complain about any recent bad beat as if they are the only ones it happened to…😃

and what’s this showin everyone your Big Ticket….
I don’t care the amount of your bet
Don’t wanna see it
I don’t believe in flashing anything on front street… Stupid cause now ya gotta be ready to get rolled….
I come from a “don’t look at me “ background 😄

the thrill of winning money is addicting, but losing absolutely sucks. no one wants to lose
Yeah I don't get it. Who are these people that like to lose? Are these these weirdos that like to be punished in videos by women that you see on porn websites while scrolling for the video you want to see and having to look see the screen capture of it unfortunately.

JJ, I love the feeling when I have followed the game from start to finish , I have my original bet, live betting left and right, and it goes down to the wire and I "almost" win. I love that feeling!
