I love winning so much and hate losing so much. Maybe if I wasn't wired to love winning so much or didn't mind losing so much I wouldn't have developed into an addiction to gambling. I remember as a kid I would get really upset if I lost. Never was much of an issue into I got into gambling at age 12 though, because I would win so much.

Everybody hates to lose

the problem is if you have no control you start numbing yourself on losses to a degree.

if that’s you then it time to quit or lower bets to almost nothing.

The high of the game with money on it and the past big win gets people hooked.

everything in life should be in moderation

We’ve talked about this for 20 years that many gamblers love the pain that’s why they keep coming back?

Is it some sort of personality disorder?

The thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat?

Some do it just for competitiveness like a game trying to beat it

There are a rare few that wanna make money

Then there’s the rest
This message reminds me of this scene.

Lol

Sometimes after drinking a lot, taking a long piss is better than sex.

Sex sometimes is to much work.

haha
I would say it’s different for everybody if you’re getting sex on the regular then hitting a big winning shot at the end for a lot of money that’s better. If you’re a guy who doesn’t have a lot of sex then that might be more important instead of a big win. It’s all relative to that specific person.

Favorite quotes from that scene....

.... "The kind of a loss that makes your a$$hole pucker up to the size of a decimal point."
.... "Here's my card, we're toping 80% this season."

And the best one....
.... "To feel something to convince yourself you exist."
