First of all sorry for my english.
I placed a bet of 4 games. Won 3 of them. The 4th wa the friendly game FC Pradiso vs Lugano. My bet for that game wae 1st half over 1,5 goals. There was 2 goals in the game. First at 28' and second at 35'. At 32.45 the game suspended from bet365's site because (as they stated) they lost(?) connection eith the game. Game was suspended for further betting. I googled the game and I finally found aut that the first half ended at the 30' min. The game ended at 60'. When I placed the bet there was no state abouthe game (like it is a 36 min game or 80 min game). as a fact I have never seen a game that lasted 60 min. When I started a dispute, they said something about rules,,,etc,,,,,They never argued when I said that there was no indication at their site that the game was a 60 min game. I asked them to remove that game from my bet and pay me for the other 3 games. They offered me a refund. Because it is the 3d time that something like that happens, i refused the refund and I will cancel my subscription. I was with Ladbrokes for several years and never had a proble. But unfortunately I cannot bet with Ladbrokes anymore from my country. I will post it to some greek betting forums as well. Don't trust them. They just want to take your money.

Bet365's Soccer rules give an exception to the 90 minute rule for friendles. They say 'bets will be settled on the actual result, irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played '..
So I'm afraid that if your bet was an accumulator, they are entitled to treat it as a loser, and any refund is an 'ex gratia payment' - one they didn't have to make.Sadly, these are the perils of betting on friendlies.

That was their excuse as well. When I placed my bet there was no indication that it was a 60' game. So it's their fault. Amateurs

To be fair, they may not have known that the game was only going to last for 60 minutes. It's probably not feasible for them to find out whether a friendly is going to or even did last for less than 90 minutes - as in,finding out would require too much work.. That's probably why they make an exception to the 90 minute rule for friendlies.I'm guessing that stake limits would have been lower for a game like that as well.
