I couldnt imagine that carnivor swindlers and outlaws arent yet arrested and
condemned accordingly till i run to this filthy crooks company Winner.com

After beting for around one week and having earned the "astronomical" amount of 260 euro i made my first withdrawal request
of all the amount i had on my account 550 euro

First they asked for my id.Then for utility and as i have an active bank account i made a CRYSTAL clear bank statement photo
and send them asap.

And OH MY GOD here comes their amazing answer :

Our security department has requested notarized copies of your documents in order to process the pending withdrawal.
*Please note that we do not accept documents verified at the Post Office.

Additionally, the documents sent must be clear and legible.

The notarized documents must be sent via courier to:

WINNER SPORTS
ID Verification
14/F Yuchengco Tower 1,
RCBC Plaza, 6819 Ayala,
Makati City 1200,
Philippines

Next thing i imagine is calling me to Phillipines if they exist at all!!
If only such filthy criminals can walk away and run companys and not being behing bars this happens in betting.

I hope for these animals to never have the pleasure again to thief from innocent and become beggars, even beggars are
more decent than them

I wrote to every forum, its our only power against miserable lowlife rotten villains beeing still free.

I am going to send the notarised documents as well even i am sure they are throwing smoke and going to ask me to come over to
Phillipines or to the moon.

The way to avoid problems like this [aside from only betting with highly rated sportsbooks] is to get your documents/ID verified and accepted before you deposit money and before you bet. [Sorry,I appreciate that this advice is too late for you now].

I realise that, when they open a new online account, most players want to deposit and start betting straightaway. It is, however, worth considering doing the following as it could save you an awful lot of time, effort and stress in the long run: (1) open your account as normal but do not deposit any funds; (2) after at least 48 hours email the bookmaker concerned and ask them whether your account has now been fully verified and, if it hasn't, what documents they need from you to complete the verification process (if you are required to send documents, then you should wait at least 72 hours before then asking the bookmaker again whether your account has been fully verified). The key point to bear in mind here is that you shouldn't deposit any funds into your account until you have a written confirmation from the bookmaker that your account has been properly verified. This will inevitably mean that you will have to wait a few days before you can start using your account, but it is likely to make withdrawing any winnings both easier and much quicker in the longer term.

I had crystal clear bank statement from my active bank account.
I had withdraws from 365,coral,willhill so i never thought i would have any problem with such small betting amounts.
And never i have heard of notarized documents send with courrier.
If i knew that ,i would stayed miles away, even if it was a chance of 1% to be asked for.

this is absolutely best way to prevent these problems. i dont know why some people dont use this simple action!! this way even if u win huge, they have alredy verified ur account and there is no excuse if u r genuine player.
