Probably it would not make any difference, but if you have recovered and that's in your past, it may be worth a shot.

That's what I would do if I was you.

Anyway, I sent you an email as I need your personal details to contact Unibet.

Oh sure Pier, you are right.

I replied to the email.

Thanks again mate! Really apreciate it!

there is a devolopment around this case.

i was informed by an entity that unibet confiscated my money because moneybookers informed them that i was involved in fraudulent behaviour in another bookie.

i was told that the problem is with moneybookers.

really weard situation...one fact: moneybookes has indeed closed my account.

so the situation is:

i was allegedly involved in fraudulent behaviour with another bookie (bet-at-home), situation that is still to be resolved as i am still trying to prove my innocence, which i can prove. however moneybookers closed my account...when unibet asked moneybookers about my account, moneybookers told them i had a problem with another bookie. so unibet is not paying me.

CAN SOMEONE BELIEVE THIS?????

ANY HELP PLEASE

Did you use your Moneybooker's account to fund your Unibet one? If so, then Unibet is doing what most other books will do and declare the funds received as fraudulent and therefore your winnings too. If you used another method to fund your Unibet account then they should return your money and then close your account.

But yes, this is believable as it happens quite often. Moneybookers share information with sportsbooks to prevent fraud and money laundering and then the sportsbooks act on that information. You need to resolve that situation with Moneybookers because they can make life very difficult for a bettor even at other books.

Hi newBMR.
Thanks for your answer.

However, like i said:

i was allegedly involved in fraudulent behaviour with another bookie (bet-at-home), situation that is still to be resolved as i am still trying to prove my innocence, which i can prove. however moneybookers closed my account...when unibet asked moneybookers about my account, moneybookers told them i had a problem with another bookie. so unibet is not paying me.

So, this is just an allegation from Bet-at-home.I can prove i am innocent in this case, so can you please help?

If this situation that happened with me remains unresolved or someone says that unibet is right, then we all must stop playing online cause we can be robbed at anytime.

Bet-at-home tells moneybookers that a user is involved in fraudulent activicties...even if he is not, moneybookers will close the account.

After moneybookers closes the account, any bookie can close the player´s accounts and confiscate the winnings???? THIS IS THEFT...
