I have registered in https://tonybet.com on the date, 17/04/2016 and started gambling right after the registration. There were no problem with my bets, and I contacted with the customer service via live chat in order to discuss the turnover requirements, which I had already completed. They told me that I completed the turnover requirements, and I could withdraw my money (around €2000). Based on our conversation, I did request to withdraw my money from the website. Roughly 10 days later, tonybet said that there was a problem with their agents, and there would be some delay about the payment. 10 more days later, they said I did not complete the turnover requirements and I should have played 200TL (€60) more in order to complete the turnover requirements. Another 10 more days later, I received an email that I should have completed the turnover requirements for %100 bonus in 30 days, and my account was regulated since I did not complete the turnover requirements, and they deleted all my balance from my account. Last 40 days, I could not find any person who I can contact from tonybet. They basically stole my money.
