[RESOLVED] 1xbet stole 1700 euros of mine

Hello Frenchbettor again and this might be the last time I use 1xbet.

Well it is sad but with the atrocious 1XBET customer service the only way to make them react is to write on forum for someone competent to take the issue seriously

I made a 1700 euros sepa withdraw on 1xbet that was according to them processed on the 29th of september.

For everyone information sepa wire timeframe is 24-48 hours.

I contacted 1xbet because I have not received the wire.

Since then 1xbet sent me a PDF document that is nothing close to a wire confirmation (it does not even have the name of their bank on it or bank information of the sender) and have not provide me with any answer since making me wait in the dark.

My guess is that the wire was never sent or came back to them with an error and that they refuse to refund the money because they are a scam.

Let's hope this thread will allow them to prove me wrong

1xbet should be able to give you a reference number your bank can use to confirm the status.

For your own sake please don't post your client ID on the forum. Send them a message privately so that no one can see your private details.
