tried it after I came home from spun class and swimming at gym... I like barefoot, but need to build up to that. looking forward to using snow as equipment with naked backyard lumber and brick workouts knee deep in snow in a month. look out wim hof.

it's fun, but not insane fun. It's better to manhandle a loved one for active fun.

We had these huge ruck sack weights at my old clinic in Chicago. up to 100kg like body pillow sized ones too. And I'd secretly make vids during breaks to text my wife "This will be your body tonight. make sure to stretch"

get your man to practice rag dolling ya for a workout, it's great foreplay.

I wrestled 119 my senior year high school. Missed qualifying for 112 by .6 pounds

so since 17-18 years old to now at 32. So call it 15 years. Ive gained 30-35 pounds
Damn 119? At that height, or grown a bit? How often did you have to weigh yourself? That's a good, healthy weight gain

I maxed out at around 180ish for basketball season then back down to 170ish for track. Had to monitor it a bit for track, but obviously nothing like wrestling. I weight about 175 now at 28 but I gotta be careful about staying in shape, dont have the metabolic freedom I once did . I'm 6'1.

Heart rate naturally increases and sharpens the senses plus most people get more done in a shorter amount of time which equals better workout density. Of course it is extra stress on the heart so precautions should be taken.
I miss living in the cold sometimes (Bay Area now, grew up in Ohio)

Like it's goddamn beautiful here, but there was something awesome about doing workouts in late fall to early spring outside with that weather
