2017: Cavs in the East. LeBron, Bro. all time great arguably GOAT level along with MJ, Wilt, Bill Russell. We are talking Mount Rushmore of Basketball and LeBron was only 32yo during the '17 finals.
He won it all the year before in '16 over GS. Kyrie was with him in 2017.

2018: Lebron again. This time 33yo. Still in prime.

2019: Raptors with Kawhi and some other 2nd level stars like Lowry. Great Team. Won it all !!

2020: Bubble playoffs. Heat won the ECF. Jimmy Buckets. Spo. Riley. Heat Culture.

2021: Bucks with The Greek Freak win it all. Incredible talent. Middleton with him. Lopez. Coach Bud.

2022: C's make the Finals.

2023: Heat and Jimmy Buckets again. Spo Riley. Heat culture.


So you are saying the EC was "awful" and I am telling you Lebron was there for 2 of those years, The Greek Freak one, Kawhi Leonard (multiple time champion) was there, and then he has to face HEAT Culture with an extremely well built team under Riley. Jimmy Buckets. Bam Adebayo. Lowry that guy again. Strong teams.

2017 — the Cavs were leaps ahead of everyone, hence why skull fucked the Celtics

2018 — that Cavs team was legitimately bad outside of LeBron . Celtics won their home games except the one that mattered

2019 — Raptors won the title because of injuries to the Warriors

2020 — That Heat team was great? lol starting guys like Duncan Robinson

2021 — This was probably the best year for the conference. Nets probably should’ve won the East If not for that toe , hence why Celtics came nowhere close

2022 — the one year they made the finals, barely getting by mediocre teams then got outclassed in the finals .

2023 — Heat a very mediocre team, but Celtics still couldn’t get past them

2024 — The worst the East has ever been probably

If you look deeper, you’ll see Celtics barely beating mediocre teams and then choking a lot to teams worse than them

They aren’t winning shit because they don’t play the game the right way and aren’t well coached. They hit a wall even though they have a ton of talent every single year

We keep trying to take away from the Celtics because we think they are set up talent wise as the greatest team assembled since James Naismith created the game.
