And i made 2 Neteller Deposit in my account 1299GBP and 200GBP on 10-02-2015.

Totally I made 3 bets on 10-02-2015 Only in NBA Basketball Match.
Here the bet details :

odds 2.10 > 500GBP = 600GBP profit Won
odds 1.60 > 150GBP = 90GBP profit Won

Deposit amount : 1499GBP
Profit : 1690GBP
Total balance : 3189GBP
*****************************************************

I Requested first withdraw request on 12-02-2015. And they asking me again documents With Proof of address. Then i sent it All as the requested.

Then Next Day they sent me the this email.
******************************
Following our decision:
• No activity shall be permitted (including deposits, withdrawals, betting or gaming)
• No bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited to your Account
******************************

Then i sent many email request to refund my money, and i contacted many times in live chat.
They only ignore me.

After few days passed I contact them refund only my deposit. and they immediately replied me and only refund my 1499GBP balance.

Then again i contact what about my remaining 1690GBP balance.
They don't said anything sir.

Still am contacting betvictor regarding my Winnings, they simply just wait for the account department email.

Respected www.bookmakersreview.com,
I don't did any wrong in betvictor but they simply ignore my winnings.
Am not fraud or bonus abusers. Also i have only one account.

Betvicor has 4.5 green listed in your website.

But now they cheated me like a red listed website.

Please kindly help me to get my winnings.

IF they don't paid me just remove them from green list.

Please kindly take serious action as soon as possible.

Thanking you,

Sounds like they suspect something is wrong with your ID. Despite being told you were verified, something must have alerted them during the proof of address verification.

Or it could be something else - what were your exact bets? I see you listed the odds and stakes, but not the event(s)

Hello yourmum,

First you should know they suspended my account without reason.
If they have any proof against me, then why not told to me.

first-up all I placed only 3 bets in NBA Basketball. all are won bets.
and also i don't have any account history.

i have only chat proof, what they confirmed in chat.

I don't need to cheat cheat and also they don't have any option to cheat.

Just suggest how to get back my winnings.

Hello admin, If you need any details about my account i can give.
Kindly process my dispute.

Thanks,

If they suddenly suspected something was wrong with your ID, they won't always tell you. Most do,but they won't tell you the problem.

When I asked what the bets were - I meant the actual bet info i.e team 1 to win, over xxx points etc...

The reason I ask is that if you have covered all outcomes of a particular match say before and during the game, most bookies would close your account for this and possibly void bets. This is covered in the terms under arbitrage betting.

I'm not saying you have done this, and the odds / stakes used don't appear to be able to generate a guaranteed profit on 1 match. It's the only thing I can think of using the information you have given.

Edit... A few other things that may have happened - do you share your Internet with anyone, if someone else using your IP address has a bet victor account, it would flag as a potential multi account user to bet victor.

Lastly your deposits may have raised suspicions - you deposited £1499 and only wagered £850. For a Sportsbook, this would raise a few eyebrows.

Actually i withdraw only my profit not for my all amount.
And also that all 3 bet different market. its not arbitrage betting.
And also they don't void my bets. Still they hold my funds in my account.

And also you said about arbitrage betting. First you note, if they are found arbitrage betting then why want to hold the funds.

its my profit from different market what they provided in live market option.
and also they accepted my bets.

and i don't share my ip's and am not using multiple account.
so how can they hold my fund?

"And also you said about arbitrage betting. First you note, if they are found arbitrage betting then why want to hold the funds."

Because arbitrage betting is against all bookmakers terms and conditions. If you make arbitrage bets or trade at one bookmaker to guarantee a profit - they will almost certainly close your account and possibly void winnings.

"And also they don't void my bets. Still they hold my funds in my account.."

From what you have said, I don't think you have any funds left in your account. If bet victor have refunded your deposits, then it's most likely that they have voided your winnings.

"its my profit from different market what they provided in live market option.
and also they accepted my bets."

But what were the actual bets??? You have avoided this question 3 times now, to me it seems like you know that if you post your actual bets, everyone will spot the problem straight away.

It may seem like that people don't believe your story as it's a claim against a green list bookmaker, but forums like this attract various fraudsters everyday.

If you are genuine then good luck, if you aren't then you should be grateful they returned your deposits.

Did you circumvent limits by adding bets in play?

.

if don't have any funds left in my account, Then why they confirmed i have 1690GBP balance in my account. if you doubt just ask them with my details.

You asking what bet?
but i already said, i placed totally 3 bets in NBA basketball event. I don't know what is that match. i asked them via live chat , they confirmed only odds and payout.

Actually you don't need to believe my story, you don't lost your money in your pocket. They frozen 1690GBP in my account.
this amount maybe easy for you not for all peoples.

this is not arbitrage bet, I placed my bet in live market.

Hi,Kabini.Contact NewBMR,using the sticky at the top of the page.Perhaps they can discuss what happened with BetVictor [since BetVictor won't discuss it with you for security reasons] .If it was an innocent series of bets on a live basketball game that came good, then perhaps BetVictor will eventually be persuaded to see that.Worth a try, anyway.

I find it strange that they would refund your exact deposit amounts, and just withold the winnings. Usually when a bookie refunds a deposit it means the winnings have been confiscated - pending / due to security measures.

Yes I'm asking the actual bets - I personally find it difficult to believe you don't know what bets you placed. This only happened a few days ago... So were the bets all on the same match??? So you honestly can't remember you bet for example:

£200 on team a @ 6.00
£500 on over 105 points @ 2.10
£150 on team a -5.5 h'cap @ 1.60

Obviously go ahead with your complaint - but something is clearly missing from your story and this just looks like another fraudulent complaint to me

No offense intended here, but you might just manage that if you'd had a few at the time.

What do you mean by this?? It doesn't seem to correlate with recent posts within this thread.

I mean, you might forget which bets you'd placed if you weren't exactly sober when you placed them.Meaning no offence, but that is one plausible reason why you might forget.

You told these bet,

Actually i placed my all bet on moneyline, not H'cap or total points.

I just forgot the team selection and event name, because of the confusion.

i sent many email to them to tell me my bets confirmation, they avoiding everything.

NewBMR,could you comment on this, please ? Kabini,if they won't tell you the bets, then perhaps they suspect that you are not the account holder who placed them.

If they suspect fraudulent activity, they aren't necessarily going to tell you why - because if they did tell you why,you might know how their fraud detection systems work. That is their reasonable excuse for not discussing the matter with you.It is why NewBMR is valuable as an intermediary who can discuss what happened with BetVictor, decide whether they are being fair and ask them to pay you your winnings if they are being unfair. As for closing your account,BetVictor have an absolute right to do that if they wish.
NewBMR,whilst I agree with YourMum that it is suspicious that Kabini cannot remember his or her bets,I am not sure that he/she is being dishonest.Could you at least please comment - to show us all that you have at least considered his case ?
