It's not always available once you get rural...I live less than 45 minutes from MPLS/ STP and there are no Uber, Lyft or Cabs.
There's a lot of apps that help determine BAC if you're unsure, however, we should all "know" when we've had enough. That limit has varied thru the years...was 1.5, then 1.2, then 1.0 now .08.
Very rarely do we get info on the wrecks, but my general thought is that wrecks happen at the .12+ range, and that 99% of drivers are just fine up to .10, just based on my understanding of accident data for a report I did in 98 on the federal highway blackmail for .08 legislation.
