It's not always available once you get rural...I live less than 45 minutes from MPLS/ STP and there are no Uber, Lyft or Cabs.

There's a lot of apps that help determine BAC if you're unsure, however, we should all "know" when we've had enough. That limit has varied thru the years...was 1.5, then 1.2, then 1.0 now .08.

Very rarely do we get info on the wrecks, but my general thought is that wrecks happen at the .12+ range, and that 99% of drivers are just fine up to .10, just based on my understanding of accident data for a report I did in 98 on the federal highway blackmail for .08 legislation.

It don't take much for one to get to a level where you are fvcked for life. Once you have those 1st 3-4, being a responsible driver is the last thing on anyone's mind. Usually we are thinking with the wrong head wanting to get the dick wet. Much better to not even drive there like someone else said than you have no choice but to get home safely. Again, that may not be the cool thing to do but hey you are not in the hospital bed or worse yet put someone in a hospital bed or casket and have to live with that the rest of your life.

In fact, only a few cities even allow traffic cam initiated citations anymore.

Des Moines being one if them as I got a nice letter in the mail after hauling ass thru there in my Lotus at 110 in the 65.

Good value buy. The price can fluctuate depending on the shop, but you can get it under $40 a lot of places in Cali...hopefully cheaper in other areas of the country.
