Shit that’s all my back can take basically one round a month. Shot 88 last weekend with my father he shot 83. Next day after golf heavy ice & hot baths like a bitch & some percs, life sucks in that department.

I have an inversion table that’s my chiropractor saves me hundreds of dollars a year. I have multiple herniated discs in my lower lumbar degenerative disc disease and sciatica nerve.
Only a matter of time until it is a full house and won't be able to keep up with all the threads.
