James Grossman has resigned from his role as Chairman of the online gaming software provider citing fears of being arrested in the US. Non-Executive Director Clare Roberts also resigned from the company\’s board for similar reasons. World Gaming said that both men needed to be able travel to and from the United States to carry on their other business interests.
