We have received two slow pay complaints regarding Winamax (3-) and are currently awaiting on the company\’s answer. One player also had a winning tennis bet voided after the end of the match. Despite the London-based bookmaker claims to have a Customer Service Team available Monday to Friday 9am – 11pm, nobody answers the phone and the chat feature appears to be off.
