As reported by The Local, Mats Odell, the new Swedish Minister for Financial Markets, said that the current situation is “pure wild west” and that foreign gambling companies could be allowed to enter the Swedish gambling market when the state-run monopoly, Svenska Spel, is dismantled.
Elsewhere, iGaming News reported that the Polish Gaming Act could be amended to allow the country\’s gambling monopoly, and perhaps other companies with offline concessions, to operate online.
