Stan James confirms the purchase of BetDirect from 32Red for £5.75m

Stan James said the deal will be completed before December 10. In the six months to 30 June 2007, BetDirect reported a 27 per cent increase in gross win to £4.0m, with earnings for £920,000 and total active customers up 18 per cent to over 54,000.
