Sporting Index joins the Tribeca Tables Poker Network

The world\’s largest sports spread betting firm has joined a list of over 150 betting and lifestyle brands, including Blue Square, Bowmans, Paddy Power and Victor Chandler, that have chosen the aggregator of ePoker sites as their online poker software provider of choice. The Tribeca poker network frequently boasts over 12,000 players online simultaneously.

“We recognize Sporting Index’s unique position in the spread betting market and that many of their customers have a very close synergy with poker. Sporting Index will be able to take advantage of the lucrative poker market with their extensive customer base. This is a significant signing for us and we look forward to a launch of the poker room around mid September,” said Steve Cook, spokesman for Tribeca Tables.

Steve Cook also added that Tribeca is completing the integration of its poker software with several other large brands and that it will be releasing shortly a new fixed odds shoot-out betting game called “HoldemWarz”.

Elsewhere, Gaming Transactions announced that it will launch the new version of Keno.com powered by RedFelt Software next month.

In the UK, Cyberslotz, an online gaming website owned by Talarius plc, celebrated its listing in the last quarterly Top Ten Hitwise of UK Gambling Websites.

Online casino software developer RealTime Gaming introduced the new version of its popular online gaming software platform. Version 6.1 marks the second release of 2006, with one more release scheduled before year’s end.

Boss Media has signed an agreement with PokerHeaven.com to add Boss casino games to the current poker offering.
