Bookmakers Review received a second complaint from a player who had over 20,000 euros in winning bets confiscated from Bet1128 after he was accused of being part of a group of punters.
This is a sister case to the one we received last month.
While we are still trying to identify whether the winning bets were really posted as picks on a betting forum as claimed by the players, it is important to note that between the time they were accepted and the final result, Bet1128 had more than two weeks to identify the “organized group of punters”, yet the bookmaker waited several days after the bets won to void them.
In the second complaint, the player also told BMR that when Bet1128 closed his account he still had a previous balance of around 1,300 euros.
Bet1128, which ignored our repeated e-mails, downgraded to 1 (2) and to the Red list.
