Chairman Johnny Hon stated in a note to the stock exchange: “The Company has not yet been able to secure absolute written assurances that as individuals, Peter and Stuart may travel unhindered to China. Therefore they feel that they are unable to perform their roles as they would like to, and to the best effect for the Company.”
