Following yesterday\’s win for 2-1 over second-placed Hearts, the Irish bookmaker has decided to pay out on all single bets on Celtic to win the SPL. Although Paddy Power has a reputation for early payouts, this will be a record in Scotland, as there is still around two-thirds of the season to go.
“It will be the first payout of the season by any bookie for any division and it\’s a promise to our punters they\’ll be quids in,” said Paddy Power. “We know and the punters know the race is all but over, so the winnings are better off back in people\’s pockets.”
