When we asked the leading Futurebet operation what they intended to do with the payment requested on August, Player Support thanked us for our concern about one of their members but did not provide a date to make good on the payment.
UPDATE 10-10-2007: We have asked SportsbookUSA why they don\’t answer the player. This is what Futurebet\’s Player Support had to say: “If the player has not heard from us, it is because the relevant department has not updated us as to the situation with the player\’s cashout. Once we do receive any information we will contact the player immediately.” Two months and counting just to receive the relevant information from another department, not bad.
