The online money transfer business said it reached the decision after that recent actions by regulators, payment processors and online gaming operators have increased the uncertainty around online gambling. In particular, the legislation passed in Turkey on February 28, banning unauthorized betting operators, caused Turkish banks to withdraw deposit options for Turkey-resident customers.
