While one of the company\’s senior executives told the European Interactive Gaming conference in Barcelona that NETeller will continue to operate as normal in the US, the online payments provider introduced two new country specific versions of its service in Denmark and Sweden.
Ron Martin, President and CEO of NETeller, commented: “These launches represent further milestones in our continued global expansion as part of our diversification strategy.”
The company, which has launched sites in Germany, France, Spain and Italy earlier this year, expects to announce more localised services in the next few months.
NETeller also announced the introduction of new capabilities to its NetDirect platform enabling merchants to define which markets they wish to operate in.
