BMR received multiple slow-pay complaints from Jetbull customers.
Bookmakers Review received almost a dozen complaints from Jetbull customers, who had to wait (and some are still waiting) up to one month to get paid.
One player was told he had to wait because Jetbull does all payouts at the same time and he just missed the last batch.
In another case, Jetbull canceled two winning bets claiming the player deposit was never credited to his betting account, which is a bit strange considering the player took a screen-shot of his account history clearly showing the bets were accepted.
When a bookmaker resorts to these excuses to avoid paying is never good.Jetbull (2) is downgraded to the Red list for multiple slow pays.UPDATE 16-04-2009: All players who submitted complaints have been paid as of today.
