Malta rules in favour of Zeturf in the case against Pari Mutuel Urbain

As reported by eGaming Review, a Maltese has refused to enforce the original judgment by the Paris court of appeal which in January 2006 ordered online racebook Zeturf to cease taking bets on horse races held in France. The Maltese court said the matter is of administrative nature and therefore falls outside the scope of the EC regulation.
