The parent company of VIP Sports has announced the acquisition of Acropolis Casino, the online casino business of Stanley Leisure, for £2m.
Leisure & Gaming and Stanley Leisure have also agreed a strategic partnership which will see Leisure & Gaming developing any future Stanley online presence.
Under the agreement, Stanley Leisure will drive the customers of its estate of 41 UK casinos to certain Leisure & Gaming\’s websites. The partnership will also include dedicated poker and slots offering.
