Joint Administrators\’ report and proposals to creditors

Menzies Corporate Restructuring, appointed Joint Administrators of Sporting Options on 15 November 2004, will present their proposals at the creditors\’ meeting which will be held on January 18.  The purpose of the meeting is to vote on Administrators\’ proposals as outlined in section 12 of this report, and if appropriate, form a creditors\’ commitee.
