Hilton, Ladbrokes\’ parent company, and William Hill were among the popular plays on yesterday stock market, following UBS\’ dismissal of concerns over fixed odds betting terminals (FOBTs). The broker believes that the report into FOBTs, which is expected to be published later this week, should come as further relief to Hilton and William Hill. The study leaked to the Sunday Times suggested that there is no evidence that FOBTs are closely associated with problem gambling.
