Internet gaming is here to stay

Keith Chamblin, Senior Vice-President of Communications at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, said internet wagering is a must for next New York franchise holder. Chamblin was speaking to the Committee on the Future of Racing.

Cary Fotias, who runs a handicapping company in New York City and was a member of the NTRA\’s Players Panel focus group, also emphasized the need to get involved with internet wagering.

“We have to take advantage of this new technology or this game will die,” he said.
