According to United States Senator Bill Frist, the bill which aims to prevent the use of payment instruments such as credit cards and checks for unlawful internet gambling will be discussed and voted by Senate on September together with a tax bill, port security legislation and a plan to expand the President\’s authority to block specific spending items approved by Congress.
