The Mark Read-run IAS fired off a letter to Racing NSW Chief Executive, who recently on an article on The Virtual FormGuide called the corporate bookmakers pirates and added they “are doing nothing for the racing industry except stealing wages.”
Although International All Sports was not specifically mentioned in the article, the betting agency\’s legal team advised the comments were defamatory and could be harmful to the business.
