Indiana to investigate gambling via satellite

A company that has patented a way to make casino-style gambling available via satellite is courting the Indiana Gaming Commission,  promising millions of dollars in state revenues.

Kenilworth Systems specifically designed the product to be similar to horse racing simulcasts and to TVG, the at-home horse wagering service.

Roulabette would broadcast by satellite live images of roulette and other casino games to gamblers\’ homes in other states or countries.

Gamblers would wager within their jurisdictions, rather than with the host casino in Indiana, meaning that the gambling would not violate state and federal laws that prohibit interstate wagering and internet gambling.
