The owner of Gambling.com and Casino.co.uk has signed a contract with Vodafone UK to launch a fully interactive mobile casino service including 11 state of the art java games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Stud Poker, slots and scratch cards.
“This is a significant deal in the growth and status of Gaming Corp which confirms our market leading position in the mobile gaming sector. The potential worldwide market for mobile gambling is predicted to grow to over $19.3 billion in 2009, and account for nearly one-third of all mobile entertainment revenues,” commented Justin Drummond, Chief Executive of Gaming Corporation.
“This is a major advance for Gaming Corporation and will bring further scale to our mobile gaming operation. Having secured contracts with both Orange and Vodafone we are confident that we can deliver further network operator deals within both the UK and Europe.”
UPDATE: On the back of the news, shares of Gaming Corp surged over 13% to 13.6p.
