Former BetonSports Chief Executive released on bail

David Carruthers has been released on $1m bond and placed on electronic monitoring. He will remain under 24 hours house arrest in the St Louis area until his trial. According to his lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, the full amount of money posted as bail was raised through legal means and none of it came from BetonSports.
