ESI Entertainment Systems to re-invent itself on the European and Asian markets

ESI announced its results for the fiscal year ended February 28 showing a 9% increase in consolidated revenues to $22.0 million, but as over 90 per cent of revenues were generated by Citadel from fees charged to internet gambling merchants, the company, which ceased the gambling payment processing business following the enactment of the UIGE Act, is now looking to expand its market reach into new geographic regions and e-commerce markets.
