ECHO to cooperate as a witness in a federal investigation on internet gambling

The merchant payment processor Electronic Clearing House has entered into a non-prosecution agreement with the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and it will cooperate as a witness in a federal investigation into the activities of a no better specified e-wallet that provided services to internet gambling sites since 2001.
