The company, which is to be renamed ESI and is a provider of products and services to the gaming industry in Canada and internationally through its three principal subsidiaries, Citadel Commerce, ESI Integrity and PlayLine, filed a prospectus with securities regulators outlining plans for an initial public offering and a secondary offering of its shares.
