BetonSports TRO extended for another 30 days

U.S. District Judge Carol Jackson granted the extension of the temporary restraining order for a further 30 days, after that prosecutors from the Justice Department said they were continuing in their efforts to serve legal notice of the indictment to BetonSports in London. David Carruthers, the former Chief Executive of BetonSports recently released on $1 million bail, is due in court for an evidentiary hearing on September 5.
