As with Betfair\’s other exchange games, Exchange Poker and Exchange Blackjack, customers bet against each other setting their own odds and backing and laying as the game unfolds.
Exchange games, the brainchild of Betfair\’s co-founder Andrew \’Bert\’ Black, have proved hugely popular, attracting more than 35,000 customers since their inception last year.
“Exchange games are a fantastic innovation. Never before has such a level playing field been created for online gaming. Exchange Baccarat is a better value offer than the traditional game because customers can choose the odds they want to bet at,” said Steve Ives, Betfair\’s Director of Games.
Exchange Baccarat is expected to be popular in the Asian market where baccarat is the game that every wannabe high-roller is playing.
