Betfair appoints financial advisers

The betting exchange appointed Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to provide strategic advice and review options, fuelling speculation that the firm\’s shareholders are keen to pursue an initial public offering before the end of the year.
Betfair recently posted full-year operating profits of £22.3m which could value the betting exchange company at up to 800 million pounds.
