According to Italian media reports, the Austian sportsbook has acquired a land-based betting shop to regularize its position on the Italian market in expectation of a deal with AC Milan.
BetandWin, which already holds an Italian concession to take online bets, is believed to have offered AC Milan EUR 15 million a year for five years.
