The player had his account closed for investigation after winning a substantial sum.
Here is a collection of e-mails sent by the Austrian bookmaker to the player, whose only fault was winning too much.
Two months ago:
Dear Sir,
We have to inform you, that our Security Dept. is investigating your
account.
As soon as this investigation has been completed we will contact you, but until this happens, we are unfortunatly not able to go into further details on the matter.

At this point the player sent all the documents:
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email.
We confirm that we have received your bank account details, and that your withdrawal will be sent from betandwin at the end of the month. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
As nothing happened, the player sent another e-mail and received confirmation that the money was sent to his Moneybookers account:
baweur@betandwin.com just sent you money through www.moneybookers.com
The money never showed up in his Moneybookers account, after few more e-mails this is what he received last week:
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your e-mail.
We are currently not able to say when this investigation will be finalised, but can assure you that we are aiming to do this as fast as possible, and will contact you as soon as this has happened.

Few more hours and again:
Because it is a large amount of money your outpayment process will take while longer due to our internal checks.
you should receive your money within 3 weeks.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Unbelievable!
