Manfred Bodner and Norbert Teufelberger were released on bail of €300,000 each after being detained for allegedly violating French betting laws. The two are to return to the Nanterre court, near Paris, to face charges in November.
Dr. Hannes Androsch, Chairman of the BWin Supervisory Board, said in a statement that the course of action taken by the French authorities is incomprehensible and that for the online bookmaker is business as usual.
