The satellite broadcaster will pay approximately £96 million for the company formerly known as UKbetting plc, operating online betting sites UKbetting, Totalbet, Goldbet and Club On The Park (formerly The Ritz Club Online), odds comparison website OddsChecker as well as an extensive portfolio of sports content sites, including SportingLife, TEAMtalk, BettingZone, Rivals and Football365.
