The Trading Exchange, previously named TradingSports, has been temporarily suspended from the negotiations on the London Stock Exchange.
The company, which provides person-to-person betting exchange platforms, confirms that it is in discussions with a third party that may or may not lead to an acquisition that would constitute a reverse takeover.
It also confirms that discussions regarding the divestment or merger of the existing exchange business are further progressing.
The betting companies serviced by TradingSports\’ platform include BetCris, BetFanatic, BetonSports, EHorse,TradBets, WWTS and joint-venture with City Index, Binexx.
