Racing Post and Racing UK have teamed up with five partner bookmakers – Bet365, Blue Square, Ladbrokes, the Tote and VCbet – for the launch of a new broadband website showing live broadcasts of UK horse races.
The new website, developed in conjunction with Premium TV, will offer a combination of racing analysis and form supplied by the Racing Post and live internet coverage of Racing UK’s entire media portfolio, plus a desktop betting shop displaying the offering of the five partner bookmakers, which will allow horseracing punters to study form, view live races and bet via the internet.
In addition, the partner bookmakers, which were selected from a pool of 20 betting firms, will have the rights to integrate Racing Posts\’ data and Racing UK\’s live footage into their websites.
The unique partnership also plans to expand into the mobile services sector and to cover overseas horseracing within the next few months.
