Dennis Publishing Gambling Division announced the shortlist for the 2006 UK Gambling Awards. Readers of InsideEdge, PokerPlayer and TOTAL Gambler have been voting for the past month on the seven reader voted categories, which include Poker TV Programme of the Year, Poker Player of the Year, Poker Site of the Year, Online Casino of the Year, Bookmaker of the Year, Sports Spread Betting Firm of the Year and Sports Betting Exchange Firm of the Year.

The winners of the awards will be unveiled at The Banqueting House on Tuesday 24th January, along with the three panel voted categories – Gaming Software Provider of the Year, Sports Gambling Personality of the Year and The Dennis Gambling Best of 2005 Awards.
