With only two weeks remaining and 14 games scheduled for Sunday, December 31, teams will be determined not to drop the ball on New Year’s Eve. Let’s take a closer look at the final slate for 2023.

Beginning of the End

Week 17 commences on Thursday, December 28, with the Jets and the Browns facing off in Cleveland. Next, on Saturday, the Lions will travel to Dallas to visit the Cowboys.

Sunday is when the excitement peaks. Five of the 14 games will be divisional matchups, including the Patriots vs. Bills (1:00 PM) and Chargers vs. Broncos (4:25 PM).

Playoff Bound

Furthermore, we have contests between teams bound (hopefully) for the playoffs, such as the Ravens vs. Dolphins and Bengals vs. Chiefs.

Without a Monday Night Football game on the schedule, the Packers and the Vikings will bring the action to a close as they meet in Minnesota for Sunday Night Football.
